After a custom order request has been submitted, the process of any custom project typically involves four phases. Design (through CAD & other software.) Casting, which is the process of sending the design file to be printed and casted into the material of choice. Setting, if your custom project requires any use of stones/diamonds. Lastly, your custom order will go through the finishing/polishing phase. The whole process varies in time of completion, but typically can take up to 5-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the custom order.
